Curriculum - DiSC and Emotional Intelligence
Research shows that everyone is a blend of all four DiSC styles and usually one, two, or even three styles stand out. Each person has a unique behavioral profile with different styles and priorities. No one style better or worse than the next. We believe that these differences in style can be extremely valuable. Once you assess these differences and harness their value, better workplace communication AND healthier organizations become possible.
Legacy Project
Each year, the class chooses a local non profit to impact through their class project, creating a legacy for years to come.
Monthly Nonprofit Spotlight
Each monthly development day will have a charitable component to fill an immediate need of a Chamber member nonprofit.
Tuition $1,800
Includes Development Days, transportation, shirt, name tag, meals, curriculum, supplies, and a behind the scenes access pass to your community. Tuition payments are available.
Testimonial
"I truly believe that every person is a diamond, sometimes we just need a little polishing to help us shine our brightest. For me, Leadership Brandon was that polishing wheel. It provided the insight, experiences, and tools I needed to refine my strengths and better serve my community. Throughout the program, I gained a deeper understanding of my own personality traits and how they impact those around me. That awareness has been a game-changer in how I show up as a leader, not just professionally, but in all areas of life. Growth happens when we step outside our comfort zones, and Leadership Brandon encouraged me to do just that. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many inspiring colleagues and leaders in our area. If you’re even considering it, I urge you to take the leap—you absolutely won’t regret it.
