Leadership Brandon is a 9-month program that is designed to:

• Identify community leaders of diverse backgrounds

• Develop their potential and nurture their desire to acceptcivic responsibility and roles of leadership in the community

• Expose the participant to the challenges and opportunitiesthat currently face the Greater Brandon area

• Open a dialogue between emerging and current businessand community leaders

• Familiarize the participants with some of the processes andprograms available for individual involvement in the community
